⚠️ IMPORTANT: This platform uses an unofficial WhatsApp interface. Using this service may violate WhatsApp's Terms of Service. Your WhatsApp account may be banned by WhatsApp Inc. at their sole discretion. You use this service entirely at your own risk.

By accessing or using Sevenoways Relay ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the platform.

Sevenoways Relay is a multi-tenant software platform that provides a programmatic interface for sending WhatsApp messages via an unofficial, reverse-engineered protocol library (Baileys). The platform is NOT an official WhatsApp product and is NOT affiliated with WhatsApp Inc. or Meta Platforms, Inc.

The platform software, interface, and branding are proprietary to Sevenoways. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the platform. Your message content and customer data remain your property.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. THE PLATFORM OPERATOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

We do not guarantee 100% uptime. Planned maintenance, Baileys library updates, and WhatsApp infrastructure changes may cause temporary service interruptions. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant planned downtime.

9. Termination

The platform administrator may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, non-payment (if applicable), or for any other reason with or without notice. You may also request account deletion at any time.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law in the jurisdiction of the platform operator. Disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation or, if necessary, binding arbitration.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
