1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Sevenoways Relay ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the platform.

2. Service Description

Sevenoways Relay is a multi-tenant software platform that provides a programmatic interface for sending WhatsApp messages via an unofficial, reverse-engineered protocol library (Baileys). The platform is NOT an official WhatsApp product and is NOT affiliated with WhatsApp Inc. or Meta Platforms, Inc.

3. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the platform for:

• Sending unsolicited commercial messages (spam)
• Sending messages that are illegal, harmful, abusive, harassing, or threatening
• Mass messaging campaigns without recipient consent
• Sending adult content, malware, or phishing links
• Impersonating any person, business, or entity
• Any activity that violates applicable local, national, or international laws
• Any activity that violates WhatsApp's Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy
• Attempting to circumvent rate limits or security measures in bad faith
• Reselling access to the platform without written authorization

4. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• You must keep your API key and credentials confidential
• You must notify the platform administrator immediately of any unauthorized account use
• You are responsible for the WhatsApp number(s) you connect to the platform
• You are solely responsible for ensuring your use complies with applicable laws and WhatsApp's terms

5. WhatsApp Terms Compliance

By using this platform, you acknowledge that:

• WhatsApp's official Terms of Service prohibit the use of automated or bulk messaging tools
• WhatsApp Inc. may terminate your WhatsApp account at any time for any reason, including for using this platform
• The platform operator is not responsible for any WhatsApp account bans or restrictions
• You should use WhatsApp Business API (official) for commercial messaging at scale

6. Intellectual Property

The platform software, interface, and branding are proprietary to Sevenoways. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the platform. Your message content and customer data remain your property.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. THE PLATFORM OPERATOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Loss of WhatsApp accounts or phone numbers
• Failed or delayed message delivery
• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, business interruption, or loss of profits
• Any damages arising from WhatsApp's enforcement actions against your account

8. Service Availability

We do not guarantee 100% uptime. Planned maintenance, Baileys library updates, and WhatsApp infrastructure changes may cause temporary service interruptions. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant planned downtime.

9. Termination

The platform administrator may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, non-payment (if applicable), or for any other reason with or without notice. You may also request account deletion at any time.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law in the jurisdiction of the platform operator. Disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation or, if necessary, binding arbitration.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
